Cell Selection & Grading We source only Grade-A lithium polymer and cylindrical cells from verified, long-term suppliers. Every incoming cell batch is tested for capacity consistency, internal resistance, and voltage stability. Cells that fall outside our tight tolerance ranges are rejected outright — no exceptions, no downgrades.
Multi-Layer Safety Protection All units incorporate intelligent IC management with over-voltage protection, over-current protection, short-circuit protection, and temperature control. The PCB boards are designed with redundant safety circuits to prevent thermal runaway and ensure stable output under full load conditions.
100% Aging & Burn-in Testing Before final packaging, every single power bank undergoes a full charge-discharge aging cycle. This burn-in process identifies early-stage cell degradation, PCB soldering defects, and port connectivity issues that might otherwise slip through sampling-based inspection. We do not batch-test. We unit-test.
Pre-Shipment Verification A final random sampling inspection checks output voltage accuracy, wireless alignment (for wireless models), cable integrity (for built-in cable models), and cosmetic finish. Only lots that pass AQL 1.0 standards are approved for export.
